I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Can't believe I am saying that, I had bad experiences with other dentist; and I usually dread going to dentists but he makes me feel relaxed and at ease. My personal experience have been great! Carin (OM) customer service is exceptional, Lydisbeth and Dr Ferguson are very friendly and make you feel safe during your visit. The clinic is always clean, welcoming, and accept majority of comercial and Medicare advanced insurances.

Amy, my dental hygienist was very professional n explained all procedures before doing them. Corrine, at the front desk, always answers all my questions n takes care of me. Dr. Ferguson is so professional n knowledgeable. Always explains my treatment plan so I fully understand what needs to be done. Customer service at its best!!

Getting an appointment was easy . Follow up appointment was right on time. The hygienist was gently. Didn’t wait in waiting room before taken to the back. The receptionist greeted me. Enthusiastically and by name. Wonderful feeling.

I had to have two teeth pulled yesterday. One had broken off at the gum line prior to me going on. The dentist is so amazing!! Two teeth pulled and didn’t experience any discomfort the entire procedure!! The assistant is so pleasant also! I highly recommend seeing this group of awesome people. First dentist I’ve been to I don’t get an anxiety attack entering the office!!
